Some aerodynamic aspects of safety in road vehicles : aerodynamic lift characteristics of cars.

To indentify the factors determining the aerodynamic lift of cars and to understand more fully its mechanism, as well to examine other aspects of the aerodynamic characteristics of road vehicles, tests are carried out in a wind-tunnel with simple quarter-scale models. The more significant results are presented.
