Samenvatting
Current practice in pedestrian facility evaluation is characterized by (1) various biases in respect to generally vehicle oriented transportation project analysis; (2) a lack of information on basic pedestrian cost relationships; and (3) insufficient experiences in the application of conventional costing methods. This paper attempts to make some contribution to the improvement of this situation.
