Some comments on the illustration and classification of injury data relating to the NATO-CCMS collision analysis report form.

Some comments are presented on the classification of medical data in the NATO-CCMS Collision Analysis Report Form. It is occasionally impossible to place an injured part of the body or a fatality in a particular category. The large number of categories makes the form difficult and not efficient.
