T he types of offence in connection with various factors which contribute to yielding psycho-pathological factors within alcoholism are analyzed. The complexity of forensic psychiatric expertise emerges from the need of correlating medical, biochemical, psychological and sociological data reconstructed often the status during the committed offence.
