Some preliminary data from studies concerning, i.a., the use and handling of child seats for cars.

The National Swedish Road and Traffic Research Institute is pursuing studies on the factors for the use and handling of child seats in cars. The purpose is generally the forming of a basis of measures for influencing parents to purchase and use a child seat and measures as regards the design of the seat itself from the aspect of using and handling it in the best way.
