Samenvatting
While general preventive measures concern the general public and are aimed at the reduction of the number of DWI accidents and DWI offences on the whole, special preventive measures are directed towards individual persons or groups of persons who are considered to be at risk. This paper shows a short assessment of the situation in Europe at present in respect of special prevention measures and which points could be improved.
