Samenvatting
An investigation of speed-flow curves is described. Such a curve gives the relation between the mean speed and the amount of vehicles passing a certain point. The exact shape of the curve is investigated on a place with regular congestion i.e. the Coentunnel in Holland. A simple quadratic curve is found most convenient.
