Samenvatting
All kinds of signalization systems have the aim to guide people from the origin to their destination along the easiest and quickest way. Lack system tries to give information which must be understood by the user. The translations from symbols to actions require a certain skill. While the system of roads and traffic becomes more and more complicated and busy, errors in signalization systems occur. Some elements of a theoretical model, which play a role in the design of signalization systems, are discussed.
