Samenvatting
The General Traffic plan has the aim to ensure a traffic stream through the town with an utmost of safety. The plan contains measures for the middle and long term for the town planning and urban development in all aspects of sociology, economics, environment and traffic safety. On the hand of examples experiences gained in the last 25 years in the Federal Republic of Germany are presented.
