Standard electronic units interconnect to provide flexible digital recording.

Some of the standard electronic units which may be combined to form flexible digital recording systems are described. These analogue recording techniques are being applied to digital traffic surveys by the bureau of public roads. Digital methods of recording vibration, dynamic strains, height, deflection, temperature and speed are described.
