A state accident investigation program, Volume 3: Final report, Phase II: A test of developed automobile accident report forms a revised data encoding manual to accompany the uniform police traffic crash report.

The specific objectives of the study were to: test, evaluate, and revise the crash investigation report from and instruction manual developed during Phase I; test, evaluate and revise the data encoding manual developed during phase I (2); develop further recommendations for the implementation of a standard crash investigation program; and develop further research recommendations.
