Samenvatting
This state of the art report by the CLOSE TO consortium is an attempt to give an up to date picture of the project related levels. Moreover it is the aim of this first report to include insights, common items, key problems which have been recognised so far into the work that is to come. The selection of topics listed in the contents of this report was considered to be the optimal basis for this groundwork. (Author/publisher)
