Tables are given consisting of the number of passenger cars, truck trailer, vans, and other motor-vehicles per province and municipality. These statistics are based upon a record of motor-vehicles conducted by the "R.A.I'' through car registration documents issued by the "Rijksdienst voor het wegverkeer". Passenger cars are accounted for the last six years of manufacture (1967-1972), and commercial vehicles for the last seven years, (1966-1972).
