Samenvatting
A literature study was made to the correlation of the design in town planning and the effects of wind around buildings. Earlier was shown that high buildings have an important effect on the wind hindrance, but here is shown that also the town planning can do a lot to prevent this hindrance. It should be useful to test a maquette of a residential area in an aerodynamic test to determine the best place when constructing the houses.
