Samenvatting
An inventory and analysis is presented of some recent Dutch urban development plans for big new residential areas. Emphasis is laid on land use, financial aspects, traffic and transport, dwelling, place of work, population and public participation. The layout of the road network is an important part for the traffic safety in such new areas.
