Samenvatting
A point demerit system for traffic offences is introduced. With the help of a spatial model the relations between dangerous behaviour, traffic offences and accidents is described. How to organise a point demerit system and the extent of it are outlined. On the basis of assessments is judged whether the point demerit system is effective or not.
