Straftoemeting bij rijden onder invloed.

Recommendations were presented in 1974 for the jurisdiction in cases of driving while influenced. Results of these recommendations over 1976 are presented and discussed. It is shown that the recommendations have contributed to the repelment of detention and the standardization in the jurisdiction.
