Samenvatting
In an earlier report was stated that there was a pronounced general trends in the Netherlands to increase fines and reduce prison sentences for driving under the influence of alcohol. The purpose of the project was to harmonize the sentencing in the various districts. In this paper it is concluded that in 1978 the differences in sentencing has become smaller, but there are still differences, in particular in cases with a B.A.C. of more than 2.00 pro mille.
