Samenvatting
TRB’s second Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP 2) has released a summary document that provides an overview of the program and explores its four thematic research areas : safety, renewal, reliability, and capacity. The research being undertaken in SHRP 2 is revolutionary in many ways, aimed at gaining insights that will have significant and innovative impacts on traffic congestion, highway fatalities, and quality-of-life issues.
