Samenvatting
This paper deals with a strategic information system for freight transport in Europe. It is pointed out that changes in the infrastructure in Europe will influence the future freight transport, and consequently the position of The Netherlands as distribution centre. An information system has been making at the University of Delft with which the insight into the effects of such changes in the infrastructure can be deepened.
