Samenvatting
The importance of a regular study into the mobility for short- and long term policy is generally recognized. More and more national governments execute such a study. An instrument like this study may have several functions: It may be used to find regional particularities from national data and to support verifications of more traditional traffic and transport expectations. For the province of Utrecht it is shown that important discrepancies from the national prognoses may thus arise.
