Background and report on a seminar on parking especially orientated on the situation on The Hague. Several studies have been carried out and this meeting had the character of a working session on local parking topics. More details should be available on parking behaviour and the minimum level of accessibility by car. Police enforcement should be improved. A study is being prepared into the necessary use of cars by employees in the city of The Hague.
