Samenvatting
In this paper an approach to a model for comprehensive distribution of trips is made on the basis of a discussion of traveller behaviour. It is presumed that it is more realistic to consider traffic as a function of human needs and behaviour than as a physical phenomenon, as has been done in several previous studies.
