Samenvatting
Combining the advanced technique of intelligent transportation system (ITS), this article discusses accident preventatives and evacuation strategy of long highway tunnel, and solves the evacuation problem of people and vehicles when accidents happen or dangers occur. Before designing inducement rule such factors as the type and characteristic of accidents, accident location, secondary accident and so on are considered, thereby, system induces vehicle and switches vehicle appropriative crossing.
