Samenvatting

Currently, such efforts have failed to satisfy requests from users because current unidirectional information is operator-oriented and employs uniform methods that do not reflect individual requirements. The objective of this study is to examine information necessary according to each class of traffic for users of public transportation to incorporate individual user characteristics and conduct a fundamental survey for establishing a user-tailored public transformation information strategy that allows users to receive information of their choice regardless of time and place.
