The Electronic Toll Correction System (ETC) has become more widespread and it has become the de facto industry-leading product in the Japanese intelligent transportation systems (ITS). It spreads the use of dedicated short range communications (DSRC) over the general public. And then, it is probably safe to say that new DSRC application will be expanse for the people. This paper had instituted the policy; it actualizes DSRC for solutions of environmental issue by the experience and the knowledge of ETC system production. This paper will focus to "the car-sharing system," it would have the compatibility between economical issues and ecological those. And then, studied "the benefit to accrue by using DSRC", "the system architecture" and "the system functions". This is a report of "the method to settle the causes behind the car-sharing system's security problems", "the systemfunction of the DSRC car-sharing system" and "differentiate a system withadded values".
