This report offers the municipality of Helmond two policy tools with respect to parking in this municipality: (1) a financial annual report extended with the occupancy and parking duration of selected parking provisions. The aim is to get more insight into the use of parking provisions; and (2) a "textbook" for the set up of a dynamic parking guidance system.
