Samenvatting
Analyses of data collected for the All- Industry Research Advisory Council Insurer Study of Auto Injury Closed Claims have been done to investigate the extent and nature of the subrogation of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims in individual no- fault and add- on states. There was considerable state-to-state variation in the percentage of PIP claims for which subrogation was sought.
