Samenvatting
The use of drug in relation to motorists clearly varies from country to country. Fines and sentences do little to restrict the danger. A thorough survey of different kinds of drugs, like marihuana, other hallucinogens, stimulants and opiates is presented. The social and medical aspects of the use of drugs and the legislation to the use of drugs in different European countries are mentioned.
