Samenvatting
The period of suppression and recovery of optic tract responses which occurred at the onset of a test flash train was also evoked by a single conditioning flash without intervening repetitive flashes. In this manner it is possible to identify the suppression and recovery effect with similarly patterned thresholds variations during rapid light adaptation in humans.
