Samenvatting
This article briefly presents the use of a reflective coloured road surfacing, designed to be visible in headlights on unlit roads at night. The product, Prismo Colourbright, contains reflective beads that reflect white light back in the form of high intensity colour. Four years' monitoring of a site in the county of Durham, north-east England, has shown the product to be resistant to weathering and effective in reducing accidents.
