Systems analysis and design guidelines for highway advisory radio. Final report.

The report includes all pertinent experimental measures and data collected in the course of the project and detailed descriptions of a number of existing HAR installations which were surveyed. Other deliverables produced under the contract, including descriptions of mathematical models, are listed and summarized. The report also includes a discussion of major findings and suggestions for additional research.
