Samenvatting
The decision to construct a ring road or a by-pass is made mostly intuitive. The aim of this study is to evaluate all factors which can ask for a ring road, like the speed of through traffic in the town centre, accident prevention, the safety of the pedestrian, sound pollution, air pollution, etc.
