Targets 2010 : taking the road safety strategy forward : proceedings of a conference organised by the Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety (PACTS), London, UK, 17th October 2000.

This proceedings contains seven papers presented at the conference which considers how best to meet challenging new targets for reducing the number of people killed or seriously injured on roads in the UK. The government recognises that a partnership approach at European, national and local levels is required to achieve this.
