Samenvatting
This document forms PACTS’ response to the Government’s 3-year review of the 2010 road safety targets, assesses progress so far and identifies areas for further improvement or action. This response was developed in consultation with PACTS Road Safety Working Parties, which incorporate academics, Local Authority representatives, transport professionals, road user groups and safety representatives in the fields of Vehicle Design, Road User Behaviour and Road Environment.
