Samenvatting
For this congress, the committee studied the following subjects: (1) characteristics of roadsides and its equipment, safety fences, barriers and service levels (traffic flow, comfort and safety provided by different roadside treatment): (2) effects of weather conditions and visibility on traffic, available information; present and future research. The three themes have been studied in the countries represented on the technical committee.
