The measures, which the Dutch government can take to stimulate the accessibility, quality and costs of the infrastructure of the telecommunication to attribute to the development of the services for the business users in the Netherlands, are discussed. The governmental policy and financing for the national telephone company to play its role in telecommunication are outlined.
