Samenvatting
An inventory and ordening of telematic services for road transport is composed in which the following 5 elements are clarified for the road haulage companies: (1) what are telematics and electronic data interchange (EDI); (2) which system and services are available or are under development; (3) which ideas correlate with (1); (4) which logistic functions can be supported and (5) which investments and which costs and benefits should be considered.
