Samenvatting
This paper considers the role of telematics in a specific industry- related commmercial enterprise and its consequences on the internal as well as external logistics, goods trans- port, informational nonphysical data stream and operational management aspects. The significance of EDI in logistics is discussed using illustrations from a multinational manufacturing company and marketing organization.
