Samenvatting
Ten European countries have agreed to develop a cooperative project to construct the TEM, the Trans-European Motorway, which will link the Baltic, Adreatic, Aegean and Black Seas with a fast, safe and efficient system of motorways stretching some 10.000 km in all. Each country is responsible for the construction and financing of the sections of the motorway running through its own territory.
