Samenvatting
The report consists of three major sections. (1) Goals, objectives and policies for implementation of the Bikeway Plan for the city of Tempe and to guide future bicycle-related decisions. (2) The Bikeway Plan includes prospects for bikeway routes and bikeway design prototypes. (3) Bicycle related programs for bicycle safety education, public awareness and enforcement are described in general terms.
