Samenvatting
A description is given of the trailer which was designed to protect highway maintenance equipment and personnel as well as the driver and passengers of errant vehicles. This report is an implementation package containing a description of the analysis of the vehicle kinetic energy problem, graphical information on varied components of the trailer, and information of the uses of the trailer. Engineering drawings are included in the report.
