Samenvatting
The generation of risks can be understood from many different points of view. One of the most potential factors in society risk generation is that of research and development, particularly in the fields of natural science and technology. The purpose of this report is to give a review of the process of research and development in those fields with particular reference to risk generation and to discuss these problems from the point of view of theory of science.
