Samenvatting
Prospective policy and research can only prosper by interchanging ideas between policymakers and researchers in an intensive way. Exploring the future may help as catalyst for mental exercises. Unusual problem approaches and research methods should not be avoided as long as insights are enlarged. In the paper the theme "8 millions of cars in the year 2010" served as a demonstration tool.
