Extensive statistic material regarding the application of the Road Traffic Act in 1966 in comparison with the previous years, survey of the traffic misdemeanours and traffic offences. Some critical remarks on what the statistic show with regard to the influence of alcohol on traffic unsafety and on what they do not show.
