Tractor-semitrailer/Intercity bus head-on collision, Interstate 10, Beaumont, Texas, May 4, 1987.

The probable cause of a head on collision between a tractor- semitrailer and an intercity bus, by which 5 persons were fatally injured, 17 persons severely injured and 6 passengers not injured, was the truck driver's operation at a speed too great for the existing weather conditions.
