Samenvatting
A model, which indirectly determines accident exposure and liability (not proneness) has been developed. The model is simple, through complicated in its application. It shows an excellent accordance between the derived and the occasionally available directly measured values. It is consistent from year to year and its sensitivity is satisfactory. It can never be more accurate than the statistical source material, but with extensive and reliable data it is a valuable tool.
