This document presents a weather module for the traffic analysis tools program. It provides traffic engineers, transportation modellers and decisions makers with a guide that can incorporate weather impacts into transportation system analysis and modelling. The module describes how users can implement weather analysis using mesoscopic or microscopic traffic simulation modelling tools.
