Samenvatting
The second symposium on traffic control and transportation systems in Monte Carlo, sept. 1972, point out the most recent advancements in automation and control as applied to the various transport fields with a more particular emphasis on the "systems" aspects. The main topics dealt with are relating to: urban as well as road and highway traffic control; bus control systems; urban transport systems on segregated tracks; air and railway transport systems.
