Samenvatting
Regarding underground railway lines with low exploitation interval, when disturbances occur in cases of incident, the number of trains and stations involved increases rapidly in proportion to the size of the incident. The aim of the present, proposed regulation is to control the results of an incident by reabsorbing and distributing these disturbances in the entire traffic system.
